For $850 per month for a bedroom , utilities (electricity, gas, water) and washer & dryer are included and available in the unit. Common areas and kitchen available for use. I have two cats so I hope you’re not allergic!! No other pets available during the stay.
It may be obvious but following are non-negotiable!
- No smoking or illicit substances allowed
- You may not move in their kids or spouses. Each bedroom is available only for one person.
- You will have to go through background and screening to qualify. Security deposit is $300.
