I am currently looking for two female roommates, who don’t mind sharing a bathroom, to rent out the available rooms in my house. All utilities are included and it is furnished with a full size bed, along with a side table. There is a fully furnished kitchen, a washer and dryer, an AC and heater, as well as a 2 car garage. There is a ring doorbell camera along with an outdoor camera for extra security. Located on a peaceful, safe street in Arlington, it is 15 minutes away from UT Arlington, and 30 minutes away from downtown Dallas. It is conveniently located near I-20 along with grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and other shops. A background and credit check are required.
