We have 1 bedroom with a full bathroom & spacious walk-in closet for rent on the second floor - must be able to climb/descend stairs. WIFI is included with rent, utilities are divided and paid equally by everyone living in the home.
Uses of Laundry Room - washer & dryer, & Kitchen - microwave, stove, oven, sink & dishwasher, are included.
Use of our cookware & dishes are available.
Tenant must supply their own laundry supplies & cleaning supplies for their living space upstairs. As well Tenant must supply all of their own food.
Our house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, we are exactly that, and are looking for tenants of that same nature.
This house is non-smoking. No exceptions.
