Rent includes internet, water, electric. washer/dryer available. common areas are living room, kitchen and yards and responsibility of all tenants to keep clean. Located in west fort worth, near white settlement off Dallam Ln. I don't live there, just helping my son fill up rooms. Must be ok with sons large dog. No other pets allowed.
