Looking for a roommate

I have a brand new house that was built in 2024. The house is beautiful, spacious, bright and clean. The whole neighborhood is new, safe, and friendly as well. It’s off of 820 West and i30. Without traffic, it’s 15 minutes to downtown and during rush hour, it usually takes 30 minutes. The room is not furnished, but brand new carpet and we have a smart doorbell, garage opener, and smart thermostat, and all appliances are brand new.
I’m a working professional, and stay busy most of the time, when I get home, I like watching shows or taking care of my plants. It’s a 3-bedroom house, and my brother stays in one of the rooms and will share the bathroom. He is a student, busy as well, and most of the time in his room. We don’t have any pets, not because we don’t love them, just not ready to commit to one yet.
