I currently share my home with another friend/tenant. We are one male and one female, in our late-twenties and mid-thirties interested in health and self-development. This house is setup to support the health, privacy and sanctuary of those who live here.

The location is just a couple blocks from the greenbelt, a few minutes from Barton Springs and less than 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Austin. The street itself is incredibly peaceful and secluded, despite being just a block from south Lamar.

My home is bright, spacious and well laid out. It has many amenities such as a high-end home theater projector and audio system, a backyard deck and grill, private spacious backyard with trees, blackout blinds, best-in-class home air filters, Berkey water filter and a lot more.
