Looking for a room to rent in Lakeway? Look no further than the beautiful world of tennis condos. My roommates and I, males (25), Baylor Grads, hybrid workers with jobs in the finance and tech fields, are looking for a male or female roommate.

Rent includes a private 13x13 foot bedroom, closet, and private bathroom. Rent also includes access to all common areas including our newly renovated kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor areas. Community amenities include walking trails, outdoor spaces and tennis courts.

We also have the master bedroom available with a private bathroom and closet for $1,049 per month

$55 background and credit check required through TurboTenant. Rent is $899 including a $1899 refundable security deposit. Tenant is also responsible for their portion of electricity, water and internet. All other utilities are included.

Pet fee is $350.
