Room for rent in a large 4 bedroom house

Bedroom comes with a bed, small desk, chair, night stand and a large walk-in closet. Tenant will have access to a shared bathroom (with one other person). Any area that is not a bedroom or designated bathroom is considered communal space. Large backyard with covered patio. On site laundry is also included. There are three other roommates in the space. They are clean, laid back, friendly and mostly keep to themselves if they are home.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood in the Bluff Springs area in Austin. Very close to bars and restaurants. Close to I35 with great access to everything the city has to offer.
There is an Aussie Shepard living here. She is very friendly and quiet.
I am looking for someone to finish out my lease term May-August 1st. There is also potential for a more long term stay if needed.
