Studio with Natural Light, Pool View at Elan East

Hello! I am looking to sublet my studio as I am planning to move out before the lease ends on 3/18/23. It can be available as soon as early/mid January. You would have the option to leave or renew the lease after 3/18.

505 sq. ft. apartment is located at Elan East in the Cherrywood neighborhood. Its on the 4th floor (out of 4). Plenty of natural light from sunrise to sunset, but especially in the late afternoon. Unit has central AC/heat, washer/dryer, stainless appliances, dishwasher, pendant lighting, quartz countertops, big walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and faux hardwood floors. Apartment complex has elevator, pool/courtyard, gym, club room, Amazon locker, daily trash pickup from your door, and parking lot. Maintenance is extremely responsive (<24 hours) and office staff are really nice and helpful. Apartment has a big window as well as a double door that leads to a small balcony, overlooking the pool/courtyard. The balcony has enough room for a small table and two chairs.

$1570 does not include some charges and my total monthly bill comes to $1645. This does NOT include electricity, which you pay directly to City of Austin.
