Furnished Room in Austin - Females Only! April/May

Hello!

I have a fully furnished room available for short term rental (available 4/20 through 5/31). While I'm flexible on start/end dates, I'd like someone who would ideally stay for 3 weeks minimum. $850/month - will prorate as needed (includes all utilities). Please note that this room is for females only.

Key details:
• Townhouse is located in Northeast Austin (Techridge area, close to the Dell Campus), 25 minutes from Downtown Austin by car. If you're looking for a cozy room, just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you!
• You'll have your own private bedroom with a TV, desk, and walk-in closet. Other spaces in the house are shared with me (more about me below)
• Home is a two-story townhome (rooms are upstairs). Home is fully furnished with washer/dryer downstairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs
• Free assigned parking behind unit
• Quiet and safe neighborhood- grocery store and hiking trails within 5 minutes by car
• Ideal roommate: likes a clean space (at least in shared areas) and does not work from home. Chill, friendly, and responsible :)
• About me: I'm an early 30's working professional. Very friendly and respectful. Always happy to make a new friend but also respect your privacy. I've been hosting the room on airbnb for the past 2 years, but now changing course to longer-term stays. Happy to share my airbnb reviews - had a 4.99 rating.
