Unfurnished Room in 1-story house in Del Valle

We are a couple looking to slit the rent with someone for our 1-story rental house. You would have your own room and closet and access to the hallway bathroom. You will get cabinet and fridge space in the kitchen, have washer/dryer access, and driveway parking availability. There is an open-style kitchen/living room/dining room area that we would all share. We also have an office and a craft room, as well as a good-sized backyard with a patio. We live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of families, and we are only about 9 minutes away from the Austin airport. We have a cat and a dog, but our landlord won’t allow anymore pets, sorry! We are looking for a relatively clean and considerate roommate, with proof of income/employment. We are a drug-free household.
