Furnished room with bathroom for rent in nice home

Hi everyone. We have a bedroom available in our house. We are a family of 4 plus a dog and looking for a female that wants a furnished room in quiet neighborhood. Price is $800/month included utilities(Electric, gas, water, internet). You can pay month to month and I prefer to have a 3 months lease to start then we can renew. We need to have 1 month deposit and no criminal history, no eviction, no smoke. You should pass the background check and you can move in from 13th December.

About the house:
It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Austin near Anderson High School zip code 78759. My house is a single family split level home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You would be in our spare bedroom with its own bathroom. Recently renovated and fully furnished with a bed and TV.

It is very close (10-15 mins driving) to Walmart, Costco, HEB, gas station, Gateway, Domain area. Located near 360/183/MOPAC.
