2 bed/1 bath apartment in Austin's Highland neighborhood (think Keonig and Lamar) for sublease lasting through the end of May 2020, with the option to take over the lease. Apartment complex is Lamar Place Apartments. The unit is 730 sq. ft., with an open living/dining area. There is a patio deck that is perfect for sunsets year round. No cigarette/tobacco smoking inside, but you can smoke on the deck. The apartment is in a shared gentrifier/ family complex, so respect for shared spaces, including the pool, is vital. We try to keep quiet hours after ?10pm? during the week, ?11pm? on weekends.

Rent is $1090/month. Deposit is $500, which you will get back at the end of the sublease. You will be responsible for setting up your own electric and internet, since I am moving out of state and will be closing out my accounts. Water bill usually comes out to ~$40/month. You will also be required to submit an application online, and the fee is $65.
