Looking for a new roommate before the summer

A single room for rent with a shared bathroom, the house is big and furnished. We keep the house clean, and there is cleaning expectations. Very friendly dog and cat in the house but most likely won’t be interacting with either. Would like to meet the person who wants to move in beforehand but not required. The third roommate is in the process of moving out. Message me and we can work out any concerns, questions or pictures. Me and the other roommate have known eachother for over a decade and just looking for someone who isn’t problematic, and is cool.
