$800 deposit. Wi-Fi & Utilities included. Shared use of living room, kitchen, dining room, game room, laundry, patio & yard. Looking for at least a 6-month lease minimum with the option to go month-to-month going forward.

Beautiful new construction community with walking trail around a pond/lake, is 1 min to downtown Manor with easy access to restaurants, gas, Starbucks, fast food, Walmart, car wash etc. 15 min to north Austin, 12-15 min to Tesla, 11-15 min to Samsung. 11 min to Decker preserve for water sports and fishing. 13 min to walnut creek trail head.

We are looking for one renter only as we do enjoy our peace and privacy. We prefer a non-smoking, tidy, working professional with a similar quiet lifestyle and schedule.

We have two hairless cats which do have access to common areas but can be excluded from your private room and bathroom. We also have a small non-shedding dog which is confined to the downstairs area. She is very social and pretty quiet. No couples and no additional pets please.
