Share cute 3-bedroom East Side house for $750

I have a cute house on the East side of Austin about 10 minutes from mueller and East side restaurants snd about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. I am renting out half the house—two bedrooms a private bathroom and of course use of the rest of the house. It will be available in august and I’m looking for someone who wants to stay at least six months.

My home is relaxed, neat, and very quiet. It has a very open, airy feel in the common spaces, because the ceilings are 14 feet. The bedroom ceilings are the usual height.

I'm an independent, relatively busy person; I work full-time and spend much of my free time at my barn with my horse and two dogs. I'm looking for a compatible person to share my home. If you're interested, please let me know! If not, good luck with your search!
