What do you love about this place?
Easy access to Walnut Creek with good hiking trails, it is near MoPac highway so you can get downtown fairly conveniently. Everything is recently renovated, including the appliances, light fixtures, and Nest thermostat for example. The pool is a really nice hangout area that allows you to grill and sit in either sun or shade in comfy cush seating.
This apartment itself has a lot of empty space to put your stuff in too.
What isn't so great about this place?
Parking is sometimes difficult to find on a late weeknight. The recycle bins aren't large enough and are constantly getting filled.
