Bedroom & Private Bath in Relaxed Home with Garden

I'm looking for a 40+ woman to share my home with me and my two cats (no more pets please).  It's a relaxed, comfy and warm house near Parmer and Mopac in a friendly neighborhood.  You'll have an unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor.  Your bedroom has two windows that overlook a large fig tree.  If you want to garden, you are in luck as there is a large yard with lots of space for gardening.  The living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared. 

I'm an environmentally sensitive woman in my 60s, so no air fresheners or scented products please.  I work from home as a life coach and accountant. I'm generally quiet and easy going.  I enjoy hanging out and getting to know people.  The landlord is the best I've ever had.  You'll need to complete an application and pass a background check.
