My house is absolutely lovely and located in an nice area close to the Domain and soccer stadium. It is fully renovated like brand new! Quiet neighborhood, located on a corner, huge yard, 2 car garage, full bedroom and bathroom to yourself, and the rest of the house is yours to enjoy also. The house is fully furnished, including the bedroom but I can accommodate moving that furniture out if you have your own. You will be quite welcome to have full run of the house and I would want you to feel very comfortable.
I live alone and quite honestly this house is just too much for me and I could use the help with my mortgage. I am an executive at a large financial services firm and also flip houses on the side. I am very kind, nice, outgoing, and easy to get along with. Would love to find the same type of roommate.
Oh, and bonus, I have the cutest puppy ever, William, who comes around for cuddles. He is hypo- allergenic and does not shed but also brings tons of tail wags and love!
