House share available for an additional roommate in newly renovated home in quiet neighborhood tucked away close to downtown (near I-35, Riverside & Oltorf). This 1,500 sq ft home is updated with new flooring, newly renovated bath and a newly updated kitchen with lots of natural light. Two private bedrooms are available to rent with a shared bathroom and spacious shared livingroom and kitchen. (A primary bedroom with private bath may also be available shorter-term May 1 - July 30.)
The home has a large fenced yard and shared off street parking. A converted attached garage has a washer and dryer and can be used for extra storage (if you need it) or a workout area. You also get a dedicated hallway closet for your personal use. The common areas are furnished and the kitchen has all the things. We can likely source bedroom furniture for you, if needed.

Electric bill is shared, all other utilities and Wifi is included.

Who else lives here: One roommate is a male in his late 20s that has lived in Austin for the past 2 years (via Asheville and Nashville). He works at the Tesla Giga Factory on an engineering team and has crazy early hours. He has his own bathroom and is good at sneaking out quietly. The second roommate works in Aviation at the airport.

Looking for a roommate who....
* Wants to live in a chill environment with working professionals.

* Is generally clean, tidy and quiet (esp weekday nights)

Details:
$1,000 security deposit
You must make 3x the rent with proof of income
You are cool with an application fee of $35 and a background check (via Zillow)
No evictions/foreclosures/etc.
Credit check will be done, if lower than 600, a second deposit may be required
Positive rental history required.
A single non-shedding dog can be considered IF you work from home. (with additional pet deposit)
NO smoking in the house
Shared cleaning of common areas and basic yard maintenance (mowing)
Personal rental insurance and roommate agreement required
