There are also rentable E-scooters outside that give access to the nearby South Shore biking trail! And if you like to travel the airport bus shuttle picks up right outside the neighborhood.

House is furnished, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, air fryer oven, Ninja blender, Instant Pot, Keurig / coffeemaker combo, toaster, electric kettle) with stainless steel appliances, upgraded washer / dryer units. Home also includes smart-home comforts such as keyless entry, smart doorbell and thermostat. That with the spacious living areas and natural light makes it a welcoming retreat from the hustle / bustle of Central Austin.

$995 per month, 3 month lease to start with option to renew thereafter. Previous residents have stayed on average over a year. Good credit and background check will be verified.
