Room in 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath

Hi! I am a middle school teacher and recent UT grad, looking for someone to take the other room in the 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment I'm currently in for the next year.

About me:
I have a sweet lab-mix dog named Pikachu who is very friendly to humans and gets along with other animals. She is also classified as an assistance animal for me. I am disabled and in the LGBTQ+ community, so I need to ensure roommates are not uncomfortable with any of that. I greatly value clear, respectful communication with my roommates and would be happy to hang out too! I am vegetarian but don't mind my roommate's diet as long as we clean things well.

About the apartment:
I am looking for someone to take the second room in a 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath apartment where I currently live. We each have our own bedroom, and we share the full bathroom and small half-bath. The apartment is 2 stories. Downstairs there is the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and small half-bath. Upstairs is the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Parking is included (1 spot for each of us, as well as some visitor parking) in the lot right outside. We have a very small fenced yard/patio, and the building has a deck area. It's a nice neighborhood and is convenient to many places. $900/month includes the $850 for rent and $50 fee covering parking, water, trash. We have washer/dryer in the unit. Pets are allowed, but we will just need to make sure yours get along with my dog.

I'm more than happy to adjust shared spaces based on both our preferences and needs. (The bikes and extra chairs in the living room are my current roommate's and will be gone too.)
