Chill animal lover needs roomies..

I have 2 rooms for rent in a 3/2 house in south Austin in the Shady Hollow area rent is $750 each and bills split 3 ways. Move in for 1 room is may 1 and the other would be June 1. The 2 rooms share a bathroom. Brand new vinyl plank floors and baseboards are currently being installed in the rooms. Nice size backyard and a large deck in the back yard. Close to lots of bars, restaurants, food trucks and heb.
About me: I have 3 small chihuahuas, one is blind and mostly stays in my bed. The others are usually in my room for the most part. I have 2 cats one who hides a lot and the other is super friendly and old. I’m a vet tech and work 4 10s a week and spend most down time at home chillin. I’m 420 friendly. And pretty clean but not ocd clean.
