The place is HUGE and very house-like, with a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Pool, gym, walking trail, clubhouse and business center also on-site. $800/month flat fee includes everything; $865/mo if you'd like exclusive use of the attached garage, or if you're a couple. $195 application fee.
