• Private entry or entry through home front door

o Sunroom is additional living or storage space with lighting, electrical outlets, and tile flooring

• Room is bright from natural light from French doors; high ceilings and light hardwood floors

• Master bathroom has two sinks, large garden tub below window, glass-walled shower

• Bathroom opens to toilet room and opens to a large walk-in closet

• Access to full kitchen, full laundry access and a parking spot on street

• Private small refrigerator in the garage

About the House -

• Four-bedroom 2.5 bath home; I am the homeowner and sleep upstairs

• Short walking distance to HEB in Escarpment Village with Starbucks, restaurants, and hike/bike trails

• Alamo Drafthouse Theater, Summer Moon, Taco Deli, Orange Theory, Nail Bar short drive around the corner

• 5 minutes to Mopac at Slaughter Lane

About me, the homeowner -

• Open, relaxed communicator. Experienced with roommates; have rented this room for 13 years with only 4 roommates

• I am a warm, friendly single female and home a lot - I live mostly downstairs in the living room

• I work from home morning and early afternoon; part time second job away at the office early evenings; home on weekends

• One easy going dog, Levi - 9-year-old male labrador/terrier mix

• Treasure my quiet personal time in the evening and weekends as I am focused on building my second career

• I have two young adult children who visit home every so often


About you -

• Also an open communicator. I know things come up and believe it’s important to have open dialogue

• I am grateful for my roommates who have found this home; the best fit has been someone who:

o Enjoys social time with others outside the home and loves their quiet, private downtime, and respite in the large room and sunroom and backyard

o Gardening in the backyard is all yours if desired

o Cooks 1-2 times a week and eats in the private room only

o Respects the space and is tidy, treated as if your own kitchen, laundry and room


Rent: $1,050 per month

Lease Term: 9 - 12 months (negotiable)

Bills and amenities: Utilities paid, wifi is Google Fiber, space heaters, small personal refrigerator

Move In: Available late June, definitely by July 1

Candidate must have:
three (3) references (one work, one family/chosen family, one choice);

show last 2 paystubs;

be employed; and

a non-smoker for drug-free home
