Hey! Big house in a nice little planned community right next to Mary Moore Searight park, as well as South Park Meadows shopping.

Searching for a couple roommates for my big place in sweet South Austin. SUPER convenient, very near I-35, so just ~20 minutes to downtown.

It's a big house (~3,000sqft) that's perfect for roommates, as there's a large living room, plus a second living room upstairs, as well as a dedicated dining room + kitchen dining area. The dining areas can be set up for home office areas if we like. Also there's a study that I'll set up as a dedicated music studio. I'll outfit the living rooms with nice TVs, couches, etc.

I'm an amateur musician, work remotely, and have small dog who's really friendly.

Super bonus preference for musicians (amateur or pro), or music industry folk. Also great if you're in the tech/start-up world, but are one of the cool ones :) Regardless, a serious appreciation for music is ideal.

6+ month preferred, or a higher monthly rate for shorter sublease (ex: $1,100/mo for 3 months).
