This is a very short term rental, available starting Jan. 15th until Feb. 28, as I have someone else moving in on March 1st. Location is close to downtown and shopping centers. Unit has access to a shared bathroom. Unit has washer/dryer. Rent includes utilities, cable and internet. Parking is available within complex. Rent is $700/month, no deposit required.
