Seeking Roommate For Shared House in South Austin

Looking for a roommate to rent a room in a shared house in South Austin.

There are three of us that currently live on the property, two living in the main house, and one person living in the unit in the backyard.

All three of us are entrepreneurs, coaches, therapists and/or non-profit directors, so the house is quite full of creative entrepreneurial energy and passion. We're also all pretty great relaters and communicators.

We're looking for a non-smoking roommate to move in starting early April, 2024.

There is a shared bathroom, sharing living room, and shared kitchen, along with a hot tub and cold plunge that you'd be able to use.

The rent is $1,175/month, which includes utilities, wifi, etc.
