Looking to rent out the extra bedroom and bathroom in my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom one story house located in a great area of South Austin. The house is on a small street in an HOA neighborhood that offers great amenities like dog parks, swimming pool, and green spaces. Closely located to Menchaca Rd, Mopac, and I-35. The house is currently furnished with all appliances and furniture in common spaces. The bedroom and bathroom that are for rent are not currently furnished but can be for the right person. Internet is included but will split the other utilities such as electric, gas, and water but an all inclusive rent price could be calculated if interested.

Seeking a female roommate that is over 50 years old. I’m a tidy person and will expect the same in the common areas of the house and yard. Small, well behaved dogs will be considered. Drug use will not be tolerated.
