Clean cute South austin double

Hi, I’m Bridgett. I’m 40, from New Orleans, and work in the service industry downtown at a fine dining restaurant. My schedule is random. I have a small senior dog with a doggie door. I’m open to other dogs but no cats as I’m allergic. The double is renovated with recessed lighting, cement floors, and granite. The extra room has a large closet and no furniture. Decorated well since I like to thrift and really nice backyard with lots of plants. I’ve been friends with my double neighbor for years and we love to cook and hang with the dogs. Looking for a chill, clean, and responsible person that occasionally likes to have parties. I’m clean, drink but not extreme. Oh and the house is partially furnished. My present roommate will take the living room tv, her large sofa, and kitchen table. I’m fine with finding new stuff online to supplement. The landlord is a stickler for paying on time btw and a lease is required.
