All bills paid/fully furnished room/private bath

I have a room available on April 1 st for 750.
I’m looking only for long term renters . 12 months or more .
The home is in the Goodnight Ranch neighborhood. The neighborhood has a park and amenity center/ swimming pool, directly across from my house.

2 miles to HEB grocery store, at Congress and Slaughter Lane. A new grocery store and coffee shop will be opening within 50 yards of the house, soon.
There are many miles of park land with trails to bike or walk at onion creek park. Only 8 miles to downtown.
The home is furnished with high quality furniture- including a very comfortable Queen size beds , nightstand and small dresser , Room can be furnished or unfurnished but the furniture is high quality. I also provide extra storage in the garage for each tenant, beyond furniture but we do have limits.

Living room and kitchen are shared space for all and the living room and dining room furniture will stay. I live on property but I might be living overseas for part of the year , after October .

House has an open floor plan with large front porch. 2 large chairs on porch and a hammock to relax and the back yard has a wood deck and area for grilling .

Swimming pool is across the street with a park with picnic tables , outdoor ping pong table and corn hole game.

Electric , gas , water , waste water , garbage,
and internet are shared costs and I have averaged them out to 150 , a month , per person . You only need to pay me your rent and add in 150 for all the bills on the 1 st of each month and I’ll take care of it through my own automated account .
