Large room in community household

The room is 14 x 14, well lit, with a large closet. Our house is very spacious and full of funky art, plants, and instruments. We have a garage for storage and a big backyard with a garden, grill, and fire pit. Utilities run around $80 a month. Lease is month-to-month.

Most importantly, this is a home, not just a house. We care about each other and like having family dinners, game nights, craft nights, and the like. Which is not to say we hang out with each other all the time, but we'd like a roommate who doesn't spend all their time locked away in their room.

Your roommates will be 2 women and 1 man (ages 25-35), 4 cats (don?t worry the house is big enough it won?t seem like a lot), and a very sweet, quiet corgi mix. Must be LGBTQ friendly.
