Master bedroom in Easton Park

Hello!

I just bought a brand new 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2-story house in Easton Park and am looking to rent out my second bedroom. The house is 1,495 square feet with an open living room/dining room/kitchen design. Both bedrooms are upstairs on separate ends of a hallway (so they do not share walls), and they're both masters with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets.

The room is available starting September 1st, 2021. The rent is $950, all utilities and internet included.

The living room is furnished, as can be seen in the photos. A large kitchen island and blinds are being installed in the next couple of weeks, so those will be done prior to a September move-in. The bedroom I'm renting out does not come furnished BUT the roommate who is leaving is selling most of his bedroom furniture, so if you're in the market for some new furniture you are welcome to check out what he has when you come view the place.

About me: I'm a 30 year old woman working as a Product Manager. I spend a lot of time at home as I work from home, though I will likely start going back into the office a few days a week. I don't have any pets myself but my boyfriend has a Husky puppy (about to be 10 months old) which will definitely be at the house sometimes.

I highly recommend checking out the Easton Park website and doing a virtual tour of both the Harper model from Meritage homes (which has the same floorplan as my home), and also the Easton Park amenity center "The Union" (the pool and gym are super nice!).
