Hey y’all, I have 2 rooms available for rent in my house located in South East Austin in the Addison Community. (McKinney Falls area, super close to the airport, min drive to the East side)

I am moving away from Austin but will return occasionally (for work) so I won’t be living there 100% of the time. So practically like having your own place.

Both rooms have closets and share 1 bathroom. Rooms can be furnished for an additional rate. (Photos above show room with furniture).
Carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the common areas. There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Ample parking (garage, driveway, street parking).

The community itself offers a clubhouse, gym, two pools and walking trails.

Rent includes utilities (water, electric, gas, trash, internet)

Looking for ideally year long tenants.

$1000 for one room or $1700 for both.
