2 Rooms to choose from

One room has lost of natural light, and the other has one window. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. I am a 42 professional with a small dog and 2 other small pets. The common areas are big and shareable. The house is a newer build 7 years old. Back yard is open to garden if you like. I park in the garage, so the front has one space for your car. I work alot and eat out. There is a full kitchen and pantry for your use. Your food is yours mine is mine. Rooms are carpet but the rest of the house is tile. I do not mind you having guest but no parties and multiple stay overs. You must like animals, but do not have to take care if them. If you have a small pet I can review that with you. I like to have a house keeper we can share that cost. But if you do not want to that is ok. I am a quiet single person, responsible and pay bills on time.
