Short term private room and bathroom

We are Bronson and Mercedes! We have two dogs. One (Smokie) is small-medium sized, 14, blind, deaf, hypoallergenic and is only here part time. The second (Grogu) is very small, and can be barkey once you first come into the apartment, but will warm up to the right person! He is NOT hypoallergenic. He does not do well with other dogs, and Bronson is allergic to cats so we ask for no pets please! We have a roomate until February 26th, then we will need someone new to move in for the rest of our lease, which would be about 4 months. I work for a Youtube Studio, and I do a lot of Voice Over, so you may hear me while I’m working during the day. We are looking for someone around our age, who is clean, nice, and can pay rent on time of course. It’s a single bedroom in a 2 bedroom appartment, You would get the smaller of the 2 rooms, with the guest restroom. There is a full kitchen, and we have a washer and dryer in unit. The room is a good size for a single person, but not big enough for a couple. Parking is first come first serve, with no guest restrictions. Cabel and Wifi are included, and I pay all the utilities, so that’s included in the rent. The room is not furnished, but the common area is (Dining room and living room). The unit is located in South Austin, not far from Southpark Meadows.
