Rent is $650 Plus $100 to cover you share of all Utilities, Lawn Care, Maid Service, Wifi, Etc.. Total $750 All Included.

Great place to Relax and work, no drugs , loud music, pets etc.. all tenants are pretty clean people so we would like the same in the new roommate.

Great House, really good deal, haven't had a room open up in a while. This is not a revolving door type place tenants usually stay for over a year. But Lease is month to month for max flexibility.

Cool roommates all male age 20-35. Landlord pays for bi-weekly lawn care and maid service for common areas. That is all included in your rent. We also have laundry at house and sweet backyard setup with a Sauna that is free to use (cold plunge coming soon! )

Ideal tenant has a full time job, is fairly quiet, and doesn’t cook too much. Most current tenants are the type that sort of keep to themselves and let the others do the same. But people do chat in kitchen or hangout in backyard on occasion.

Landlord will run a background check and disqualify anyone with prior eviction or any criminal history. Room is Ready for Immediate Move in, if Ad is Up we still have the room.
