Medium Sized Room available for rent asap

We have 1 medium room available in a newer northeast Austin neighborhood (Pioneer Crossing East area, zip code 78754). The neighborhood is fairly new, so it's all pretty fresh and modern. We have two pools in the neighborhood as well as a playground and a dog park!

There's a 3-month minimum for the rental agreement, then it goes month-to-month after that.
