Spacious Bedroom with Private Bathroom and Patio

Two women in our late twenties searching for a roommate for our downstairs space. The room is spacious (300 sq. ft!) and comes with its own bathroom, large walk in closet and its own patio with a private entrance. You will have access to the kitchen and main room upstairs.

About Us:

My roommate and I are women in our late 20's. We are both independent contractors in entertainment and beauty industries. We like to go to the greenbelt, springs (Deep Eddy is within walking distance of our place) and like to go out on the weekends. With that being said, we aren't looking for someone who wants to live in a party house. We would like to keep the space relatively clean.

We will have two dogs and one cat living at the residence so the applicant must be a animal lover, but we can not allow more pets at the property.
