Clean Modern Home near Mueller

Hey there! I’m Trent Lawrence, a 32-year-old dog trainer working at Fidelio Dog Works here in Austin. I'm looking for 5 male roommates to share a spacious house in East Austin, just a stone's throw from downtown.

The house is located near Mueller, with spacious common areas and a backyard perfect for BBQs. Good friends of mine own this house, which was built in 2020. I will be their on-site property manager. The vibe is friendly, outgoing, and welcoming but respectful of each other’s space. We are looking to create more of a family-like atmosphere. We want to ensure everyone gets along. The rents vary from $1000-1500/month and include utilities, shared toiletries, and regular cleaning of the shared spaces.

A little about me: I work from 10 am to 5 pm and enjoy getting a morning workout in a few times a week. I’m an extrovert, a morning person, and I like to keep a clean and tidy house. Truth and a willingness to peacefully and cooperatively solve problems are my highest values. In my free time, I love hiking, hunting, fishing, blacksmithing, leatherworking, woodworking, and spending time at the karaoke bar. Sharing a nice meal with friends and sitting out on the patio with a cigar and a bourbon are some of my favorite ways to unwind. I consider myself philosophical and scholarly with a deep interest in evolutionary psychology. It’s one of the reasons I recently became a dog trainer, or as I like to say, a Canine Behavioral Specialist. I also love this country and the opportunities it has given me.

I’m looking for friendly and easygoing roommates who can enjoy a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. It’s important that you’re respectful and keep the common areas tidy. If we share interests, that’s a big plus. Most importantly, because conflicts are inevitable, the ability to peacefully and cooperatively resolve conflicts is crucial.
