Room for rent from May 2019- August 15 2019

I currently live in a three bedroom with three other ppl in the apartment called "33 hundred" . Two ppl are a couple who share the master bedroom and the other is a young male who I share the bathroom with. We split all the bills in four. Bills including the rent, water, light and WiFi. With all that it's around 475 a month. Everyone buys there own groceries and personal items. Our lease ends August 15 and I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting April 1st or May 1st. My room is the second biggest in the apartment with a walk in closet. Regardless if you move in April or May 1st, all you need to pay is the rent for May June July and the rest of August. Please contact me if interested. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, has its own pool and BBQ area (perfect for the summer) and gym. My roommates are all in there 20's, very relaxed and keep to themselves.
