2 rooms in home with pool

My Partner and I are renting out 2 of our spare room in our home, the bigger room is 15’x9.5’ and the other room is 11’x9.5’ both have there own closet. A shared bathroom between both rooms as well.

We are a gay couple, so you must be okay with that. Must be Chill , reliable, clean and respectful. We are pretty much located half ways between downtown Round Rock and The Domain if you like to venture out.

Access to the pool, upstairs loft, second story Balcony, laundry , dinning room, and light cooking in the kitchen is granted

We also have high speed Wi-Fi

Just to be Transparent. We both are pretty chill and have some family and friend get togethers and pool events. Mainly on the weekends.

The big room is going for $875 a month
The smaller room is $750 a month
Plus last month to move in
