Private Room With Own Bathroom

You only need your bedroom furniture and your bathroom supplies everything else I have. The washer, dryer and internet I pay extra each month so I have added 1/2 of the average bills each month into the rent. The complex has a gym, pool with grills, tanning bed, office area, library, pool table and a small walking trail. I do have two large dogs that stay in my room. You must be willing to be a lease holder.
