Private Tranquil Room in Spacious NW Austin home

My home is in a great and safe location just off 620/183/I-45. Close to Lakeline Mall in South Cedar Park and only 20 miles from Downtown.

This is a single family home. I live in the home and in the final stages of renting my other guest room, for a total of 3 housemates. No couples.

The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant.

This is a cozy one story home with a spacious floor plan: 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a dining-room turned fun Texas Hold ‘Em Poker room. Large patio.

This room is currently furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand.

Open to a short term rental, but at least a 3 month minimum.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for all cooking needs. Washer and dryer available. No pets. No smoking. Wifi included in rent. Utilities (electricity, water and gas) will be split by tenants.

I'm an Austin native, who is into art, design, and I'm a history buff who enjoys traveling. I work in the tech-industry and work remote from home on average 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week.

A clean, cozy, and peaceful living space is important to me as a housemate. A housemate who is financially responsible is a priority. I’m a non-smoker, very chill, respectful, quiet guy.

My home is a shoe-free one to help keep the space clean. All tenants are expected to share the responsibility in cleaning the common areas.
