Spare Bedroom in Georgetown, TX

The spare room is ready to move in as-is. It is currently being used for storage and comes with a bed and TV but I can remove the furnishings if needed. This room is one of 2 bedrooms in a 2023 modular home located in Georgetown. This spare room also comes with its own bathroom and own exterior door that leads right to the room. I am looking for someone who is clean, mature and can pay their bills on time. I will include utilities and internet in the rent. There will be a lot of privacy because I am rarely home. My work schedule is 7am-5pm and I leave the house earlier to workout and I also work several hours in the evening.
