Looking for a executive/professional (doctor, nurse, VP, etc) non-smoker, age range 35-65, verified employment, background check and references, clean/tidy, works away from home, quieter side (no late nights/ or overnight guests, light drinker, no parties and No pets. You will have the Private downstairs bedroom and bath. Shared kitchen and living room. We have a washer and dryer and back porch available to you. I've got WiFi, Direct TV, and a large yard. Room size is about 8x10 ft with a good-sized closet.

Many amenities nearby like Grocery store HEB Plus, Walmart, fast-food restaurants, Lowe's, Home Depot.

Rent is $1200 a month (with 3- 6 month lease) utilities included. Will entertain month to month on a case by case basis. Security Deposit is $1200 and is refundable upon move-out after satisfactory walk-through inspection.
