Must Love Dogs - Working Professional Home

We (a couple) are in search of a professional roommate to share our home 4 bedroom house with. Your private bedroom is upstairs with full washer dryer setup available for your use. Your private full bath is accessible just a few steps down the hallway.

Bedroom can be furnished or empty, depending on your needs. There is also a storage closet, second bedroom, and/or second living room that can me made available to you.

The house includes a spacious shared livingroom with eat-in kitchen (granite counter tops and gas range. The kitchen is complete with walk in pantry and a full size fridge that has plenty of room for your items.

The house has cozy, new carpet upstairs and tile in the bathroom/downstairs.

There is a dedicated driveway and/or garage parking for you to make use of. And, in case you’re interested, there’s a large backyard waiting for flowers to be planted.

The community amenities include walking trails, a basketball court, and a large pool.

We have an (adorable!) 17 lbs wheelchair dog who must be the only pup here. She exclusively lives downstairs. Some kindness and patience with her will be greatly appreciated!

We do both work from home and we’re looking for someone who compliments our quiet, work-oriented lifestyle. Our favorite pastimes including going out to eat and visiting the gym.

Terms are 3, 6, 9, or 12 months and can be extended if both parties agree to the arrangement.

Rent includes utilities. Rent to be paid only via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
