Shared living room and kitchen includes a couch, entertainment center and dining room table with chairs. Cookware, utensils and tableware are also available.

Perfect commute to Samsung and 5 minutes to the 130 toll into Austin. One secondary room is currently occupied by one male room mate. All tenants are background checked.

Currently no pets are in the home. No cats allowed at present due to current tenant allergies.

A detailed summary of utility charges will be sent to the tenants monthly. Each tenant is responsible for 1/3 of the monthly utility bills. This is a separate charge from rent. (Utilities include water, electric, gas, and wifi).
