Private Bedroom in a New House in Jarrell

This is a bedroom in a 5-bedroom house in Jarrell. The house was built last year. We currently have one room available.

The house is located in a nice quiet community with two community pools, a club house and a park.

It's about 20 minutes from Georgetown, 23 minutes from Belton, 30 minutes from Round Rock, 35 minutes from Northwest Austin, 43 minutes from downtown Austin.

We pay for the internet, and all the roommates share the electricity and water (probably around $50 a month).

I make a cleaning job chart for every living in the house every week to help keep the house clean and comfortable.
