A fully furnished private bed and bathroom available in a recently renovated classically Austin house with excellent natural lighting in quiet neighborhood. Near superb food trucks, multiple grocery stores, and easy access to several of Austin’s main highways/streets. Twice a month cleaning service, high-speed WiFi, garden-fresh veggies (with space for you to plant things if you also enjoy gardening), and full sized washer and dryer in the garage.

Includes multiple sets of linens (2 sets of sheets, comforter, quilt, and 2 sets of bath towels), a hallway storage closet, and shared access to the kitchen and living/dining room.

Other miscellaneous amenities include ice-maker, outdoor drying rack (if you want to be eco-friendly), fireplace, and bi-weekly recycling pickup. I have the highest speed internet that Spectrum offers so streaming works very well. No pets please.

Looking for a roommate who is quiet (you can play music and stuff, just no parties etc please), clean, and a good communicator. Must be cool with cats.
